Pre Moots

Arbitration moots are really hard to miss nowadays. May it be foreign investment or commercial arbitration, arbitration moots have created an active mooting community around the world. Indonesia is no exception. For years, Indonesian moot court teams have achieved great success on the international stage.

IYAC hosts and supports primarily Indonesian pre-moots, which are “practice rounds” in between teams prior to the main moot court competition. These pre-moots are organized by IYAC or by a partner of IYAC.

Workshops and Seminars

Workshops and seminars are currently the main form of knowledge development around the world. IYAC holds and supports workshops and seminars which are most importantly accessible to anyone as part of supporting our vision and mission. IYAC members enjoy special benefits of accessibility and participation in these events, with variable topics according the current arbitration “climate”.

Social Events

IYAC cares deeply about network and community development. A key mission of IYAC is giving back to the community, where accessibility to knowledge as well as key practitioners and researchers in arbitration can still be very much developed. In addition, social events enable members of IYAC to expand their network, creating meaningful relationships with people sharing the same mission and vision of IYAC.
